HomeCare Advisors adheres to strict confidentiality and privacy standards. Client-provided data or agency information will be used solely to execute the agreed-upon services. Clients must ensure their data complies with applicable healthcare, legal, and regulatory requirements.


Scope of Services and Costs

All service costs are based on your specified marketing and growth goals, as outlined during initial consultations. Any additions or changes to the agreed scope, including platform enhancements or modifications, may incur additional charges. Agencies are responsible for clearly communicating their requirements before the project or campaign begins. If any details are unclear or omitted, HomeCare Advisors will proceed based on our professional understanding. Discrepancies resulting from unclear instructions may lead to additional fees.


Acceptance of Terms

By engaging HomeCare Advisors for lead generation and marketing services for your caregiving business, you accept these terms. Acceptance can be confirmed through email communication, deposit payments, verbal agreements, or signing a formal contract.


Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary assets, including agency information, branding materials, and recruitment goals, within the specified timeframe to avoid delays. Any delays in providing essential information or approvals may extend project timelines and lead to additional charges.


Changes and Revisions

HomeCare Advisors accommodates minor revisions to campaigns or strategies within the agreed scope of work. Significant changes or scope expansion after the project initiation may incur extra fees. Adjustments to active campaigns based on new metrics or patient intake goals will be discussed and quoted separately.


Campaign Performance and Reporting

HomeCare Advisors commits to providing transparent performance metrics and regular reports to keep clients informed of their campaign’s progress. Results depend on various factors, such as client involvement, local market conditions, and the nature of the services provided.


Communication and Collaboration

Email is our primary communication method for project updates, general correspondence, and feedback. Clients must ensure their contact details are current. HomeCare Advisors may schedule periodic review meetings to share insights and strategy updates for ongoing campaigns.


Service-Specific Considerations

  • AI Lead Generation: HomeCare Advisors provides high-quality qualified leads but cannot guarantee final conversion, as this depends on the agency’s internal sales and intake processes.

  • SEO & Paid Advertising: Clients understand that results for search engine optimization and paid ad campaigns may take time and depend on market dynamics and budget allocations.

  • Content Marketing: Content created for campaigns will align with the agreed home care strategy. Any additional content requests outside the initial scope may require additional fees.


Intellectual Property

Any marketing materials, content, or strategies developed by HomeCare Advisors as part of the agreement remain the property of HomeCare Advisors until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of custom-created assets will transfer to the client. However, proprietary tools or AI processes used by HomeCare Advisors will remain our intellectual property.


Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered unless legally required or under extraordinary circumstances. Any service issues or errors on our part will be corrected at no extra cost within the project’s active term.
